The set includes a 12-ounce carafe made from clear, sturdy plastic that is printed with measurement lines and directions for making four delicious dressings. The mixing unit features a detachable turbo-blade stem and a contoured handle with a soft-touch rubberized button. Simply place the ingredients into the carafe, insert the mixing unit into the carafe, and press the handle button to start mixing. The blade mixes the vinegar, oil, and seasonings to make a perfectly emulsified dressing in seconds. A stylish carafe lid with a airtight rubberized seal is included for easy storage of extra dressing, and the carafe features a silicone base ring to keep it from slipping on the counter. The recipe booklet included in the set features, 10 more delicious dressing recipes, or create your own well-blended specialty.
