Perfect size. Our Jack Russell while small in weight is long and tall and like to stretch out. His old home was 12 years old and he needed a new one which ended up being slightly taller and longer than most everything else being sold. So glad we found this one. It’s the same size as his old one. The cage opening is smaller but he adapted quickly to that.
