Easy set up, the wood looks great with my Reidar Upholstered Storage Bench at the end of the bed. These are the first dog stairs I've tried for my dog and he immediately loved them. They are very sturdy, the carpet gives my dog good grip and the stairs act like a lid so you can easily use the stairs for storage. I put my dogs excess toys inside to tidy the room
