I can't speak with regards to the warming effects. I will test for that in a day or so. For now I find that the dogs are happily sleeping on this new pad when I place it in a crate or on a couch.

WE have 2 cats @ work outside the warehouse in crates that need warmth for the winter. These crate pads are ideal to put inside of their crates. THEY are ferol cats.

This pad worked out great for my Frenchie. It makes a bit of a crinkly noise when she settles in for the night in her crate, but she doesn’t mind it at all. I highly recommended this pad as it is easy to clean, as well.
