It really helps my 1 year golden retriever to slow down. No more tummy ach from eating so fast
The bowl is great quality, sturdy, non slip and great size however I have a nicer and her face is flat compared to other breeds and wide compared to most breeds so she has a little trouble with canned food for those last few small pieces. but dry food for her it works great and with both kinds it really slowed her down
