It’s beautiful just what I wanted! It came with a small chip but Wayfair worked with me to resolve the issue!
Love it so far! The slim profile is perfect for our master bedroom, which gets chilly in the winter since our furnace is located downstairs on the opposite side of the house. Even though it can be go up to 99 degrees, 71 (the lowest temp setting) is enough to knock the chill off. The cats approve as well!

Kudos to Wayfair and Crawford Fireplace. It was delivered quickly and safely. My husband said the instructions were well written and so easy to follow. Each piece was marked in a logical order. We just love the authentic look and warn ambiance. With the remote we can go from glowing embers to a roaring flame. Also the thermostat keeps us warm and comfy. Thank you for a fantastic product!!
Shocked at how warm it got our den, kitchen and dining room. It was easy to assemble, took close to an hour. They supplied the tools in the box. My wife loves it.

Skinny and fits the space against an existing chimney wall. Heater is just enough to take the chill off but fan is on the loud side. Very realistic flame with multiple settings. Definitely need tip guard. It serves it purpose - a mantle that I have always wanted to put things on.
