I love our fireplace. It brings a warmth and coziness to our new home. It’s summer now, so no need for the heat from the fire, but I’m looking forward to winter and Christmas so that I can decorate the mantle with stockings. It was easy to put together. I did it myself in about an hour. The picture was snapped as soon as I finished putting it together, it still needs to be styled with our decor.
I love my fireplace. It was very easy to install. As others noted there were a few areas that required a bit of white caulk but that was not difficult to do.
I love this fireplace! Very easy to assemble, I did it myself in about an hour and that included unpacking. Directions are only pictures but very easy to follow.

This fireplace is a great unit. It is a great size. Grand is a good description. It's almost too big for the room I put it in. Almost... :) It is a beautiful piece and the fire part is pretty good. Guess as good as can be being an artificial fire. You can stare at it and it's kind of hypnotizing, but the pattern does repeat. The heater seems to have a great output and will heat my entire upstairs. There is a problem with the corners aligning. Others have photographed this problem. It can be partially eliminated by having someone spot you in the front while you align the corners and screw them in place from the back. I think the remaining gap can be filled with white trim caulk and it will disappear. Great product. Only downside is not made in the USA.

We bought a home and a fireplace with a mantle was essential for me! This was definitely at the higher end of what I wanted to spend but so WORTH IT!!! It looks like it is part of the house! The mantle is great for a TV or all kinds of seasonal decor. It took my VERY handy husband about an hour to assemble but very simple for him. There is a small gap in one corner but he says he'll just pick up some wood filler...no big deal. The fire is very authentic looking....love that it can be with or without heat. We are thrilled!!!
So so beautiful. Bit of a challenge to assemble, but took my time and actually followed the picture directions. Yes, directions were only pics...worked well for me though. Packed securely, pristine when unpacked. Really love the look. Thinking of moving my dining table because it will hide this beautiful wall! Could not be happier. Warning, patience needed to assemble, parts will shift during assembly. But paying attention while working it pays off. Enjoying it already!!
