Excellent desk! Perfect for home office. Sturdy!

Well made desk that was not too hard to put together. The color is a little more gold than black, especially on the metal pulls. I would prefer more black. My husband is working at home and it works well for a home office.
This is a nice, heavy filing cabinet! The color & tone of the wood is very pretty and exactly as shown. My only complaint is that it's probably not real wood, but rather a laminate type material. We still really like it though for our home office!
I bought the matching filing cabinet for this desk a few months back but didn't have the space to fit the desk right away. This was exactly the piece I needed when I moved the office to the new place. And it looks GORGEOUS! The desk is big enough for all of my office junk and two monitors. I really like the keyboard drawer. All of the wood and metal pieces came without dings, dents, or scratches and the desk actually arrived at my apartment way ahead of the estimated delivery date.
I love my new desk. It’s the perfect size and with another person, the assembly was simple and only took about 25 minutes. The box was quite heavy and the corner had been minimally damaged during transit or delivery. The drawer seems to have been damaged also because it won’t open all the way. However, i love the style and I’m keeping it. I would recommend opening the box to make sure all pieces are in tact before assembly so you don’t find the damage till the desk is mostly assembled like I did and a return is simple if needed. The color of wood is rich and beautiful, and the hardware is also lovely.
