I love this sofa and Wayfair! There was a scratch at the top on the wood section. I called and spoke with a very good rep who offered a few choices to resolve the issue! I have been buying from Wayfair for sometime now and I am always pleased!!!

Really beautiful couch! Comfortable and looks fantastic in our living room. Couldn't find the little legs, so I emailed Wayfair. Within 30 minutes someone called and helped us find them (they were in a zippered area on the bottom of the couch).
