Quality is exceptional and craftsmanship is beautiful, including the stitching detailing around the armrests which is a bit hard to see in pictures. Sofa itself is firm providing good back support for those with back troubles. Neck is fully adjustable and provides great support when fully reclined. Seat sits high and is deep. Arms are a bit different that some sofas in that there are not pillow-like. We specifically wanted firmer arms that would hold up throughout years of daily use and these seem to fit that requirement and are surprisingly comfortable. Although the seating itself is firm it is extremely comfortable and will likely only improve with time. If you are looking for a firm but comfortable piece, this is it. Leather is soft, supple and a beautiful rich, almost golden, color. Keep in mind, this needs power to recline so there will be a cord to deal with if staging in the middle of a room. Shipping was extremely fast, unit arrived two weeks earlier than originally indicated and the local delivery team was wonderful. Overall, good product and service.
