Delivery was very smooth. The team came when planned and brought it into my home. Assembly instructions didn't come in box, but they are on Wayfair website and app. They should include this in the package to make this easier for customers. I assembled it over two hours while watching TV and needed a buddy for a few steps, but it was not frustrating. There's lots of packaging to dispose of, fyi. Couch looks really nice and is comfortable in both the sitting sleeping position. The Queen size is big enough for two adults, easily. Feels like a sturdy "faux" leather material. Just got it, so I don't know how well it holds up, etc. We'll see! So far, I like it!
Better than what I expected. The surface is soft fake leather, nice to the touch, and it looks good from all sides. The color is white, not off-white in case you're wondering. Initially I found it to be a bit short when sitting on it but I'm used to it. If you sit in the middle the pillows tend to angle inwards since they're just loose, I keep adjusting them. My couch came with no instructions, I laid out all the many screws and winged it. Wayfair sent me a PDF with instructions within a day, after I had already built it. You might want to ask for them in advance. It's easy to convert to a bed, there's a YouTube video showing it. The delivery process was good, I was informed of the schedule at every step. It comes in a big box plus a small pillow box and is not that heavy to move, one person can do it. I recommend opening the box and then moving piece by piece to a different floor if you have to. I slept on it once and it's a big, firm, reasonably comfortable bed (obviously you can't sleep in the middle).
