I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this couch and love seat. From the photos I was a little worried it would look almost black but it is a very nice charcoal gray. Even the photo I attached makes it look a little darker than what it is in person. The furniture is fairly firm but I'm sure will soften with time (I personally like furniture I don't sink in). The leather is soft and very comfortable. I like that the bottom cushions are attached, so you don't have to worry about them slipping outward like so many do. The back cushions are detachable but stay in place thanks to a strong velcro. It was very easy to "put together" if you want to call it that. You basically just attach the legs and put the back cushions in place.
Was just like the picture but even more awesome in person. Great addition to our family room. Looks like it cost much more that what we paid. Nice comfy cushions . Definitely a great purchase!

Even better than described. Packaging protected it well and pretty much filled my trash can for several weeks, but that is good if you are not an environmental enthusiast. Customer service was great in that my wife wanted to change color after it had already shipped, but not yet received. Wayfair is great and saves us money.
