I absolutely LOVE this sofa. It is perfect for small spaces and is very comfortable. Great price, arrived on time, Pillows are perfect also. There is not one thing about this sofa that DOES NOT rate a 5 star for me. Last and certainly not least is the color. I selected the eggplant color. I painted the walls to match and couldn't be happier.
Easy assembly. I was able to unpack and put together myself!
Never ordered furniture online before so was hesitant to say the least, however we are now very impressed and pleased we did. Placing the order was easy, and the updates to the tracking made planning for its arrival great. We did get a little concerned when we got the "How did we do?" survey before the item, but a quick call to customer service cleared up that once it gets to the local delivery team the survey goes out. The driver arrived with the item in the scheduled time, however was alone so helped him carry the item to the front door and into the hallway. Heads up you may want someone on hand who is able to help with this if you aren't able to lift. Assembly was a snap, you screw in the eight legs (plastic) and snap the two pieces together with a clip that is screwed fast to either piece. Heads up here too, if you are looking for instructions, good luck with that, none are provided...but not really needed as there isn't much to putting it together. The item itself is awesome once assembled, and as others have mentioned, the cushions are very firm and it seems a little narrow. But personally found it comfortable and sturdy. Fits well in our smaller space and the throw pillows are a nice touch when you are not a mix and match expert. Pros: Arrived on time, was exactly what we expected, assembly took less than 15 minutes, looks awesome! Cons: No instructions (but again not really needed).
I think sofa is beautiful. The first one I received had some tears. called customer service and got Brad. He took care of my return and made sure I knew what was going on with the new one, up until the time I received it in perfect condition. could not have asked for better care. Never a worry. Great product. Easy assembly, perfect for our tight space for the time being! Needs to be broken in, but what product doesn't? Shipping took about a month, but was worth the wait for the price!! Thanks Wayfair!
