This begins with milling and drying this manufacturer's own hardwoods at their lumberyard facility to ensure that frames are built to last without warping, twisting, or cracking. From there, the lumber travels to one of their frame shops where the wood is cut, shaped, and assembled into the highest quality frames available. The foam and fiber parts, built with eco-friendly practices and recycled materials are cut to size at 1 of 2 nearby foam processing plants. These components are then joined in 1 manufacturing center where they are assembled into your piece of furniture. The fabric, sourced from around the world, selected for its quality, style, and value and stored in climate controlled fabric warehouse, is then cut, sewn and applied to create your finished piece of upholstered furniture.

Just arrived today and a week earlier than expected. Couch and loveseat are just as pictured. Seat cushions are firm, but not uncomfortable, should break in nicely. Nice deep seats should work out well for napping. Very happy with quality for the price.
