This fireplace is small, it's true, yet it delivers BIG on aesthetics and warmth! The packaging is very secure and the fireplace arrived intact. It's HEAVY and definitely requires 2 people to get it into the house! Thank goodness it's fully assembled! There are two levels of heat, and even the lowest level is adequate to warm my 16'x13' room. I am ultra happy with this purchase.
Received it fast! 3 days. Boxed very well, delivered to my front door. I just unboxed it and had someone help me move it to my room. It is beautiful! The flame looks better in person. Very well made and the perfect size for my space! The surround looks like stone. The remote control is small and works perfect. Glad I bought this ❣️
I love it.. it fits with my bedroom decor. The first one was damage to which I blame the handling upon deliver. Way replaced it right away instead telling me how I can fix it. Thank you wayfair.
Such a beautiful treat!! Was slightly damaged in shipping but it’s more work to return it, and no guarantees that the same won’t happen to the replacement.
Beautiful fireplace! The first fireplace arrived damaged with the plaster chipped and chunks of plaster broken off. The metal frame holding the glass fire box was bent and there was a space between the frame and firebox about an inch or two wide because the brackets mounting the firebox to the plaster had broken off. I attribute all the damage to the handling of the fireplace during shipping. Wayfair was FABULOUS and shipped me a replacement which arrived within one week. The detail, flame, and size of unit are absolutely perfect.

Gorgeous! Exactly the right size for our large apartment living room. The color and quality are great. Gives just the right amount of heat for chilly mornings and evenings here in Florida in the "wintertime."
I love this fireplace. We needed a little extra heat in our family room and I wanted a fireplace with a French flair. It was delivered in 2 days just in time for cold weather. We used it almost every night through the winter and if heat wasn't needed we still turned on the flames for ambience.
