We love it! Has a timer and a thermostat. Can go with or without the heat. The heat does come out the bottom which I like and not very many do. Has different color embers to choose from. Comes with glass rocks or the wood logs. You can’t use both it’s one or the other. Two heat settings. You do hear the fan when the heat is on but it’s the same sound either on low or high. When no heat is on there is a slight sound. You don’t hear it if you’re talking or the music is on. Just when the room is silent. We made a box and inserted ours. The electric cord is on the right side if you’re facing it. It takes the chill out of the room and makes it cozy. It’s pretty real looking. Not cheap fake looking.

Everything about the E-Flame is perfect! Doubled packaging carefully wrapped around with thick foam. Quality is excellent. I’m satisfied with my purchased! It updated my old fireplace. Thank you, Wayfair E-Flame!

Wish I could tell you more. We just took it out of the box and it looks great but haven't finished the brickwork yet so it isn't installed.
