After a careful and meticulous assembly it was all worth it. It’s so beautiful. The house is not completely set up but am already getting compliments. I am happy with my purchase.
I absolute love this fireplace. The quality was worth every penny. Assembly was easy (says my husband) and I think it looks awesome. There was minor freight damage and their customer service immediately replaced the part when I provided verification. I had a question regarding operation of fireplace box and receive an prompt and easy to understand answer via phone call with customer service. I have received nothing but rave reviews from family and friends and it brings me the comfort and joy I was needing to add to my condo this cold winter. Highly recommend.
This is exactly what I expected and it’s perfect for my space and decor. Assembly was very easy. I assembled the mantel myself in 45 minutes and needed help with the firebox only because of the weight. Installing the firebox took literally 2 minutes. It lets off a decent amount of heat and is very quiet. You don’t even notice the low hum of the heater after a few minutes. As others have mentioned, it wouldn’t be mistaken for a real fireplace but it’s very pretty nonetheless and it’s the nicest looking electric fireplace I’ve seen!
I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my fireplace! First thing I noticed was how carefully the item was packed when it arrived. It was done in such a perfect way to prevent any damage or scratch and it worked. The item was perfect. Another thing that I loved was how easy it was to put it together also Instructions were so easy to follow and the pieces where numbered. It was like connecting the dots. It was done in less than two hours. This fireplace its beautiful in person than it is in pictures. Looks so real and so elegant in my living room. Great size! Also the flames looks so real. I am totally enjoying it. I will definitely will be buying more from Wayfair. I'm really impressed with the service. Fast delivery too!
Love this electric fireplace! It was easy to put together, I did it by myself. Just took a little bit of time. It took more time unboxing everything then it did to put it together. It was packed well, pieces were very protected. I wanted to jazz up the plain black trim around the fire box a little, so I put fake brick peel and stick wallpaper on it. This looks so nice and is great quality!

We ordered this in white. Love, love, love it. So realistic looking. Well made as well. Also ordered your 9’ garland to go across the the top of the fireplace. Looks like a Christmas card.
Love it looks so realistic been waiting for this to be in stock soon as they sent me the in stock email I jumped on it looks much more gorgeous in person can’t wait to add my decor and shipping was fast!
Extremely impressed and in love with this piece. It’s made of real wood and man-made stone. Honestly I almost didn’t purchase it due to the sticker concern. They must have changed their sticker because it was a complete non issue! The fireplace boasts beauty, realism and it was easy to build. Worth every penny. (Currently being housed in our condo. We bought it with intentions of bringing it to our new home in a few weeks!)
