Needed these as a replacement filter, worked out perfect.
Be sure to order the right size! I wasn’t sure the size of my bowl/reservoir so I guessed and the filter was too big. Thankfully the plastic down the middle of the filter is flexible enough that I was easily able to bend it in half to make it work without having to exchange the product. In other words, the filter works great despite my user error!

My cat and I both love this water fountain bowl. It’s easy to maintain. Glad I was able to order replacement filters from you directly as some pet stores don’t have them.

The filter works great, does it’s job. After a few days you can see the filter start to puff up and see all the pet hair. Easy to change. Love the water bowl.

We replace the filter every month to make sure our CleanFlow machine provides the best water for our cats. We take care of 11 cats so if you only have 1 or 2 you probably won't need to change the filter that often. It took about a week for all of of cats to love the CleanFlow water machine. Now it is the preferred water bowl in the house!

I called to order a water reservoir and filters. The reservoir was recently discontinued as a separate unit. However the staff said they would "run out to their warehouse" to check and return my call. They called me back and I was fortunate that they had one. I love their water bowl and the filters work will in keeping the water clean. I would recommend their products but do not clean the reservoir in the dishwasher as I did! Their literature clearly advises against that.
