I am so happy I ordered this item. What a great add on to my living room. The flames are realistic and cozy .the adjustable heat is the cherry on top of the cake. The price was extremely reasonable and it arrived only 3 days later in perfect condition. I would recommend this to everyone. Thanks Wayfair ❤️

This was the best experience with customer service I think I have had all year. The rep was so patient and knew exactly what I needed and took care of it. She even complimented my purchase and she was really nice. Thank you Wayfair for being so awesome during this time. We need all customer and help to be this way.
