We just got this a few weeks ago and our dog seems to like it. I got the XL which ended up to be huge for our 65 pound lab, and she basically curls up in a corner. So, I could have sized down and it would be more cozy for her. Also, since it's a big size, it does not look like the picture. It is not as tall and the opening is very wide, so basically a much flatter version of the pic. I do still like the way it looks and hopefully our dog will make it her new bed.
