I absolutely love this fireplace however I had it installed at the end of the Spring and did not have a chance to test the heating for more than a few minutes. Well, recently it was cold enough in Dallas to turn the heat on so I turned it on to warm up a bit and after 15 minutes it started blinking and now it the heat will no longer turn on even after unplugging it to "reset" it. I started a chat with Wayfair and they offered a replacement without any hassle what so whatever, I am so grateful they were able to accommodated me. FYI, on the initial order shipping was quick and it was easy to install, it adds a nice cozy feeling to my space which was just what I was looking for.

We bought this for our bedroom since we live somewhere where it’s cold half the year. It looks beautiful and makes the space so cozy for cold nights. We only put it up a few days ago but so far haven’t had any issues and we love it! The wall mounting brackets are exactly 16” apart so it’s perfect to get right on studs inside the wall. Everything was delivered in one piece with no broken parts. Very easy to install (it is heavy and will require two people just FYI)

So happy with this purchase! We love the variable looks we can create, and the ability to use with or without heat. It’s just enough to take the chill off on those days you don’t want to run the furnace for the whole house, or if you want the sitting area to be a bit warmer. The heat is forced out of the middle vent, and even with the mantle being so close there’s no issue with it overheating. Great addition to our home remodel project!
