I love the look, real wood, carpeted stairs and height. However, the backing keeps slipping out even when I tightened with an electric screwdriver. I really wanted to love this product but because the backing isn't so secure it makes a little noise when my cats walk on it.
they fall apart, it's like the back wood pieces are too small on both of them, and they were pretty expensive. Other than that nice product, just some quality control to be done.
I purchased these wooded steps for my living room to put by sofa for my beagle. They look great with my hardwood floors! She had tore her CCL ligament and after healing she needed steps to get on and off sofa. These were the perfect height for her. I had also purchased the Demetrius folding plastic stairs for her in bedroom, these were a bit higher which I needed by the bed. Both great buys!!

Looks nice. Good for a cat or small dog. I would say it was easy to put together but to get the screws to go all the way in required a good amount of effort
I LOVE these steps. They were very easy to put together, very sturdy, and they look fantastic. Theyll be easy to keep clean too, and wont get ragged-looking like fleece pet steps do. Theyre a tiny bit short for my bed, but Im just going to build a simple box underneath to raise it up a couple of inches.
These stairs are very sturdy. The ones you typically see in pet stores are just made out of cardboard. Wish I had ordered these sooner for my pup. -Chris
Easy to assemble in about 5 minutes and made of solid wood. The step pieces have traction helping material on them. They company that markets these could have added a bit more "giving" in the construction department - the steps just sit in place and are not anchored in any way. But it"s good for a 40 pound dog. Pros: Good materials, easy construction Cons: Steps not anchored
