I love this little desk with its many compartments that keep my desk items handy. I love the extending table that I can open when I need to write, then fold back when I am done using the desk. This writing desk is useful and stylish. It allows me, and inspires me, to do what I invested in is this item for—to write.
Looks great but came without 4 of the needed screws. We picked up a few at a hardware store but it was a bummer.

This is a great little desk. I love the distressed wood. Very easy to put together and so much storage!!! I am very very happy with it and it looks great!!! Love it!
I really like the desk! It was given only 4 stars because of the minor damages. The smell is really strong and since it is in my bedroom, I don’t know how I’ll be sleeping in there for the night. I guess because of the color, Eyptian red oak, is the reason for the smell. There are some paint drips puddling, a chip in the fold down, and chip in hutch, along with minor scratch on one leg. If the smell doesn’t disappear it probably has to go back. This wasn’t mentioned in the reviews or packaging. The pull out supports are not too flush with the fold down but that’s really not a big big problem. I took pictures to show that these Minor problems aren’t deal breakers. I didn’t pay for a Queen Anne furniture and I would buy from here again. Beware sticker says Safavieh but it is really the Sadie.
