This child's desk and bookcase are both solid and beautiful. We needed this grey color to match my daughter's bedroom set we just purchased that didn't include these items. Bookcase is very sturdy. Shelves are not adjustable, but that's ok. Lots of space and the door adds interest. Also, my daughter likes the idea of closing off items she doesn't displayed (play places for toys). Wall anchor pack is included. Desk is a good size for being the child-size desk option. I was worried it would be too small. Not the case. Plenty big for my taller than average 9 year old, and probably would fit a younger teen easily. The drawer isn't all that sturdy, if I have to have a criticism. The track or whatever it is on wiggles and can be a bit difficult to close unless you fiddle with it a bit. It is not a big issue, keeping the price in mind. Compared to other options, this set is an absolute steal for the quality. I recommend!
