I love this desk. It’s perfect for our space. I had some extra handles so I added the decorative handles on the drawers to add something unique. The chair I have is a little wide for the space (pictured) so it doesn’t quite fit under the desk but that doesn’t matter to me because I don’t need to be that close to my screen. Just make sure your chair will fit under the desk. The height was perfect for me (I’m 5’2”). I do prefer my screen to be raised a bit more so I’m not looking down at my screen. And I can stand up if I want to. I added a platform under my computer screen to lift it up. But this is completely unnecessary. I will say it took a while to properly put together. Take the time to make sure everything is aligned correctly between steps before tightening everything down. As you can see the drawers are perfectly spaced in the slot. They were not sliding correct and rubbing on top. We had to play with the alignment of the pieces to get it to slide properly, this took some patience to get perfect. Every piece is labeled DO NOT TAKE OFF STICKERS UNTIL THE VERY END. I started peeling and then we got confused. We put down an old sheet on our kitchen table to start assembling the pieces, I suggest that because it sucks to sit on the ground and do this. Once it was time to put the top on it took both of us to carefully lift the bottom half of the desk and put on the floor. If you are putting this together by yourself, then assemble on the floor. It will just be easier.
Don’t waste your money!!!! This desk is extremely poor quality. Drawers don’t open all the way, and some of the parts were missing. We’ve only had it for a few months and have barely used it, and it’s already coming apart. Will be asking to get my money back... don’t waste yours!!!
This desk is beautiful and i love how it’s just long enough to hold my large monitor, laptop and lamp (must have for video conferences). My only small complaints would be that the handles are small and a bit awkward to pull, so i plan on replacing those with something more natural. Also, I wish this desk were a bit deeper, but that’s not a deal breaker by any means and with it being against the wall, I push everything back without it being an issue of hanging off where it could be bumped to fall off. This desk is worth the dollar in my opinion. Especially since I’m using it every work day during COVID and i think it will look really nice in the guest room once I’m back in the office for guests to place luggage on and such.
This was exactly what we were looking for! Great storage and surprisingly very sturdy. Matches my daughters room perfectly! She’s in love with it!
Works great in our space pretty good quality considering the cost
As I was scrolling on the Wayfair site, I came across the Myrasol desk and was so excited to make this purchase. Being that I am completing tasks remotely as a student, a desk was very much needed for this challenging semester. The desk arrived three days after I made the purchase which was very nice. Once I began building this desk, it was an absolute disaster. Some pieces of wood were split, pieces that should've been pre-drilled WEREN'T. The sliding pieces for the drawers did not align with the pre-drilled holes in the wood which made it hard to attach the sliding pieces to the drawers. Directions were unclear and overall, I was unimpressed. Being that desks are a high commodity right now due to everything going on, Wayfair should have done a better job in making sure their products are of quality and give the customer what they paid for. Being that this desk was over 200 dollars, it should not have this type of quality. I was throughly upset and not a happy costumer at all. Save your money if you're thinking of buying, or if need be, return.
It’s a nice desk, looks great. My husband put it together by himself in under 3 hrs. There are some parts that don’t come together perfectly, but it’s not noticeable unless you look for it. After setting up my workspace, I am realizing what I need a bit more clearly. I wish it had a small drawer in the center, a deeper desk top, a place for cords, and wider space to fit my chair under. My desk chair is wider than the opening just barely. It looks really nice, and is sturdy enough. But if you want dual monitors and space for plans (I’m using it for my virtual teaching space), you might need something a tiny bit bigger. Still nice for the price.
Took about an hour to put together but looks exactly as pictured. I have 2 full size monitors, a keyboard and a laptop on it so it’s good sized. The drawers are deep and the shelves at the bottom are great.
Great desk! I love it! It had easy to follow instructions. The instruction book even had directions for adding a wireless charger to either side of the desk. I ordered one from the company who made the desk. I havent received it yet, but what a neat feature! Overall I would definitely recommend this desk. Great quality!
I love this desk! I bought it for my husband. It is big enough for him to work from home with 2 computer monitors and his laptop. We got the one that is all gray and I will add baskets to the shelves and a nice desk lamp to finish it off. The color is true to the pictures. Is is very heavy and sturdy. It took my mom and I just over 2 hours to put together together. I especially like step 10 (out of 18) which suggested you refresh your drink :)
