The desk is very cute. All of the wood pieces are solid slabs. The frame is lightweight and easy to assemble. I did it myself in about half an hour. The only reason I gave it five stars is because the wooden slabs must be attached to the frame by wood screws and there are no pre drilled holes in the slabs. So for assembly you need to have a drill since you can’t get a wood screw into a solid slab like this with just a screw driver. Otherwise happy with it.
The desk is stylish, functional, and sturdy. I did have to drill the holes for the top of the desk and the two shelves, which was an inconvenience but not impossible. The wood color is a darker color as mentioned in some reviews, which I prefer.
I love this desk! It's much darker and more elegant in person than in the website photo - I got it after seeing other customer photos. It's perfect for my apartment - not too small and not too big. It comfortably fits my monitor, laptop and notes. It's changed my working from home experience tremendously. It was pretty straightforward to put together - although you need either a power tool or a strong person to put in the screws.
Before and after. Before- I barely had space for just my computer, now I have room to get things done. Perfect dimensions for my space.
This desk shipped quickly, and arrived well boxed and well protected. It was very easy to put together - the only tricky part was the shelving and you definitely need two people for this part. A hint - do NOT use a power drill. Attaching the screws by hand allows them to properly grip the wood. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend this desk to anyone!

Enough room for my monitor, ipad and laptop (to the right under the past of paper). Sturdy construction. No wiggling. Glad to find this depth in a desk without drawers. Chair also tucks all the way in when desk not in use. Perfect solution for my current work from home status. Easy enough to build. The top and the two shelves were not predrilled so thar did give me a blister using a screw driver to attach those pieces. Battery or electric screwdriver would have been kinder to my palm. Happy with my purchase.
Very strong chemical smell. Wish I could send back. So disappointed.
Feels sturdy and well made. Love the deep colors of the wood. Easy to assemble and a perfect size for my smaller space.
