Easy to assemble, even with one person. Very well packaged. My fedex delivery left it in my lobby and I live in a walk up so the dimensions of the box are decent enough that I could keep rotating the sides up the stairs. Its heavy but do-able for me, a thirty year old female who doesn't weight train, and the glass top was in no harm due to how it was packaged inside.
