I love this table! It took time to put together, just because I wanted to get it right! It goes up and down so easily.
I love my 60” desk! It did take about 2 hours to assemble, and it’s certainly a 2 person job. You will need a drill because some of the holes aren’t predrilled. All the pieces were in the box, and everything lined up with no issues. It is very solid and heavy, and an excellent value for the price.
My home office is complete! This desk is phenomenal, and I have YET to experience any problems. I believe the maximum weight it holds for the mechanical switch to work properly, so keep that in mind. This desk is large, with plenty of space as you can see from my photo. I love working while standing, and thua I am extremely satisfied and I highly recommend this!
Love love love this desk. I had to leave my stand up desk behind thanks to COVID. Had been looking for a home replacement for a while given that length was a problem for me. Appreciated that this desk came in the smaller size (47") while still maintaining a sharp look and functionality. I was able to put this together myself given that I don't have a helper available. Wasn't too difficult to do if you're willing to make some shifts like laying on the floor to position the top. I didn't have the same problems with having to screw new holes in metal as I believe I read in the reviews. You do have to drill small start holes for the screws under the desk in order to position the mechanics that make the desk rise and fall, but not too difficult if you have the tools. No pinching points in my opinion as others have stated with the wires given that you can position them anywhere. I was able to wrap it around the the outside of the desk since this will be hidden to most (see pictures). Beyond that the mechanics of the desk work just fine and I have no complaints. I took a risk in getting this desk given the price point and what some of the reviews stated and I'm glad I did because I'm not disappointed.
Love the desk! It is very sturdy and was easy to put together. You do need 2 people to put it together because it is heavy.

I have been teleworking since mid March of this year and I am so glad I finally made this purchase. It looks like I'll continue to telework for the foreseeable future and cannot imagine what that would be like if I were to do it with a standard desk. The Baen Height Adjustable Standing Desk is a GAME CHANGER! I like it as much if not more than the manual sit/stand desk I have at my regular office. Assembly was not a problem but I recommend setting aside a few hours and plenty of room to do it right. Unpack the boxes, check the inventory of parts provided with the instruction book, and read the instructions thoroughly before your start this project. The desk is HEAVY and very STURDY. I shopped around before making this purchase and know that it was the right thing to do. This desk outshines any that I saw/tried before. The motor is responsive and moves the desk top at a great rate even loaded up with my computer, monitor, papers, etc. Delivery was pretty fast and the packaging protected the product from damage. There is a bit of confusion about inserting the short and long rods through the motor on the underside of the desk, but if you think about it for a few minutes before putting it together, you'll understand exactly what you have to do. Make sure that you're assembling the desk based on the directions for the size of desk that you purchased (VERY IMPORTANT). A tiny bolt disappeared into the assembly of the rods but eventually fell out and I was able to put it back in. It hasn't been a problem since then.
This desk is solid! Not too difficult to put together - I’d say about 90 minutes for one person. Looks great, and works exactly as I had hoped.
