Love these chairs! Assembly was easy, fabric is high end, and they are comfortable. Customer service was exceptional. A few glitches with shipping (holiday season) and customer service was prompt, honest, and personable.

I was supposed to have received the chair in four or five days however, after two weeks or so I called customer service and the chair had never made it past the original FEDEX so she assured me that it would be there soon however I decided to call customer service once again and they were very helpful. They considered my original order as lost and sent another chair which I received in two days or so. It was fairly easy to put together. The chair looks just like the photos online and is much more comfortable than my previous desk chair with rollers. I am very impressed with customer service.
I love my two chairs. They are the perfect color and size that I needed to go with my round table. I thought they were a little difficult to put together. My hands were not strong enough to turn the little tool that was provided so I got my son to help.They looked just like the picture on the Wayfair ad and they are good quality.
