I am very happy with the Bench itself. I did need a replacement part for the first one, and waited 4 months for it. Wayfair customer service was ultimately very helpful and gave me store credit to repurchase the bench, but I do wish they had been more upfront about not really knowing when it would come - I would have asked for the credit sooner. I’m not deducting a star for this because Wayfair worked it out in the end. That being said - the bench is beautiful and seemingly very sturdy. Assembly was simple and I was able to do it myself, my husband only helped me flip it upright. None of the screws or bolts show, which I like. Nice clean look and no wobbling whatsoever! I can not speak to the long term durability yet, as I have only had it built for a few days. I will update if it doesn’t hold up, if I don’t - then assume I am happy with how its held up! It looks lovely in my entry and I am excited to fill in around it.
