Arteriors products are always packaged so well, the coffee table is not only beautiful but durable enough to have something stylish that you do not have to worry about kids messing up. It does make a loud tin sound when hit, and is hollow and lightweight.

I have been looking for a metal coffee table since I saw the one on the HOUZZ website. I saw the comments before purchasing about the table sounding hollow so I fixed that but using it as storage for blankets and extra pillows, now it doesn't sound hollow at all.
