I consider myself a bit of a furniture snob after working for a high end furniture store and manufacturer for over 10 years. I have expectations of better quality products. I have been looking for a counter height table for several years and could not find one in a medium wood tone, that was the size I needed and quality I expected. I was hesitant to order online. I decided to purchase from Wayfair after reading so many positive reviews and reading the description of the product, most specifically all hard wood and no veneers. Being in the furniture industry for so long, I knew this meant higher quality. The shipment came about a week sooner than expected. My only complaint about delivery was I was suppose to receive a call 1/2 hour before delivery. Delivery was scheduled between 2-6pm. At 12:30, my son called me at work that delivery had occurred. I had planned to be there for delivery so the boxes could be placed in the garage. I called the delivery company who was apologetic to my complaint and they sent the driver back to move the boxes inside. Assembly took some time, however, directions were very clear and assembly was easy. We use the table with 6 chairs everyday. The other 2 chairs are at my island. We pull them over when we have extra guests. Overall, I am very happy with table and chairs. No regrets, I would purchase again. And recommend the set. The price was very good. A similar set would easily cost 3 times that price at the store I worked at. Pros: Great value quality to price, comfortable, easy to assemble Cons: Have to assemble..
Beautiful table set. Heavy and nice quality. Took my husband a bit to assemble, but free (and fast!) shipping make it worthwhile!
Perfect, very well made and I love how the leaf is stored automatically under the table. I chose the option to have it assembled in my home. It was assembled quickly, professionally and they took all the boxes and packing material with them. Very pleased with entire purchase from beginning to end.
This table looks great in the photo but is gorgeous in person! I recently hosted my first dinner party in our new home & the compliments and requests on where I purchased such a beautiful table came all night! Its exactly what I've been looking for....casual & warm enough for family dinners but elegant enough for entertaining!
This is beautiful and just as expected. I found it easy to assemble and very well made.
I have wanted a table like this for quite a long time. I love the look of it and the chairs are pretty comfortable. We've only just received it, but so far I love it and we are very happy with it. I love the butterfly leaf, I don't have to worry with storage of a leaf. If you choose to put it all together yourself, instead of having the delivery persons do it, set aside some time to do so. Also, have another person help you. The table is a little heavy and you could cause damage if you try to lift it yourself once you put the legs on it. The chairs are a little more involved to put together, but relatively easy. Again, set some time aside to do all of this. I love the set. It fits perfectly regardless if the butterfly leaf is in use or not.
This is a solidly built table and chairs. My husband and I had no issues putting it together. We love how it looks in our newly renovated kitched. Seats are comfortable and the butterfly lead is easy to use.

This table looks better in person! It arrived in several large boxes and was packed well so that nothing was damaged. My teenage sons put it together in no time and said that it was easy. The directions are very short and to the point! The whole set is heavier than I thought it would be which gives it a quality feel. The cherry red of the table is subtle...think md/dark brown with an undertone of red. It is slightly darker than in the picture. There is a noticeable line where the table separates into the halves. This gives it a more casual feel. I was worried that the chairs would be crowded next to each other, but this is not the case. There is plenty of room to slide two in on each side and there is room left in between. The table is slightly taller than my countertops, but not much. I am very happy with Wayfair, the delivery process, ease of setup and overall quality of this set!
This set is a beautiful set! Very Happy! I was worried that it might come damaged but it didn't. My husband is very handy so putting it together was not a problem for him. Each chair is in pieces except for the back of the chair with attached legs. Very sturdy, made made very well. Looks exactly like the picture, just what I wanted.
