I've had this sofa since 2017 and have no complaints. Today I spoke with the manufacturer about the care of the leather. He said it is maintenance free due to the quality. I did buy a topper for the mattress which by itself is comfortable. My guests said it was 'very' comfortable. It is heavy so don't plan on moving it too much after you place it. Converting to a bed is a breeze. I love this sofa. Delivery was very professional.
