We were apprehensive about ordering furniture online. We are very happy with the sofa. It is firm and comfortable. Exactly as described. Looks like leather. Delivery service was great! All around good experience.

I like that you can still lay across the couch. Most of the sofa's that recline are not comfortable to lay across, this one is very comfortable. I haven't had any issues with the reclining mechanisms but I have not used them much.
