It has the self-cleaning, stainless steel Turbo Beaters II designed with an oval shape and no center post to permit thorough mixing of heavy, dense ingredients without clogging. It also has the Pro Whisk to maximize the volume of air in mixtures for extra-silky icings, fluffy whipped cream, and egg whites whipped to stiff peaks. The lockable swivel cord keeps the cord out of the way while in use for either a left or right-handed operator. Plus, the Soft Start electronic control starts slow to minimize flour puff and splatter for less mess.

I’m not a pastry chef or a gourmet cook so why take up counter space on something I rarely use? This is top quality and perfect for cakes, cookies, pies, and mashed potatoes. That’s what I use it for. Love it.

In one week, I've used this mixer more times than my heavy duty Kitchenaid. Very pleased with both but this seven speed is perfect for your smaller projects. It's light weight but powerful and gets the job done.
I've got the Kitchen-Aid "professional" stand mixer, and love it. I had a 5-speed Kitchen-Aid hand mixer that has held up for years under the pressure of my baking. Super pleased with the 7-speed now...there's nothing this mixer won't do!
Powerful and quiet. Lack of a center rod on the beaters makes it clog-free. It's heavier than my previous old hand mixer, but the features make up for it.
I'm really happy that I bought this hand mixer. It has a true low speed. I was skeptical about the different blades as opposed to the flat blades on a mixer that I have always had. Blends and mixes just great. I was truly surprised at the fast delivery considering the fact that so many people are ordering online now probably more than ever . I love kitchen aid product in general. I unfortunately can not afford a stand mixer so I thought I would treat myself to this hand mixer. It does the job very well. It did have a little trouble keeping up with buttercream but that really needs a stand mixer.. overall I am really pleased with this purchase.
Been wanting one for a long time to add with my kitchenAid 6quart professional mixer! I use the hand mixer to make the meringue to fold in my GC cake batter. It was a pain trying to make it with my hand.
So far this mixer has worked so well! It isn’t too complex but has good speed settings and easy to clean attachments.
