Great compliment to the larger bowl. It enables me to make a cake and mix the icing without having to wash the larger bowl. Also, it will be nice for smaller sauces and whipped cream.
Love this 3 quart size. Easier to handle a smaller bowel and the 3 quart provides plenty of volume for many of my receipts.
Fairly small, like other reviewers have said, this is not a full sized bowl. A regular baker might prefer something larger.
