The Hamilton Beach® 3.5 Qt. Stand Mixer is designed for hands-free mixing for a wide variety of foods ranging from light and airy egg whites to sticky bread dough. A powerful 300 Watt motor is great for everyday mixing and can even handle the thickest cookie dough. Planetary mixing action gives complete bowl coverage - the mixing head spins as it rotates completely inside the bowl, allowing better mixing than traditional 2-beater stand mixers. There’s no need to stop and scrape ingredients from the side of the bowl. Six speeds and a special fold setting give you maximum versatility and precise control at every speed. Adding ingredients while preparing a recipe is easy; the head tilts up out of the way for bowl access. Nonslip feet keep the mixer still while in use. Attachments include a non-stick flat beater, dough hook, and whisk. All attachments, as well as the stainless steel 3.5-quart mixing bowl, are dishwasher safe for fast cleanup.

I was a bit concerned when reading some of these reviews. I wanted a stand mixer and have been shopping around. My budget is small and my wishes are large but this Hamilton Beach 6 sp Mixer fit all my needs. I have used it for various projects and do not have one complaint. I am just an old fashion cook and nothing is fancy but this mixer sure does make it fun to start a new dish every time. It fit my budget and has completed any job I have set in front of it with no problems. This is a good venture if you are a standard homemaker and want to get the kitchen job done with ease and speed. Try it, you'll like it.
We lost all our household in the flood that hit us the day after Christmas. This is one of the first products that I needed to replace. Pros: Awsome, everything I needed Cons: none
I've used this mixer for about a year, works well, no trouble at all. I didn't see the sense in spending a ton on something I don't use daily, so this was a good choice price wise, and it's performed really well.
I used this during holidays for baking cookies and pies. It worked beautifully! I love the size, not too big and not too small.
I love this! I had a KitchenAid but it was just so big heavy. it was very difficult for me to use, so i found this one which isnt as “fancy” as the KitchenAid bits its a great size for a small kitchen and it does everything i need. its a great alternative!

Arrived in great packaging. Its a great mixer for a small home. Pros: Does what it is intended to do Cons: Adding in dry ingredients is a little tricky as there's not much space Mixer vibrates when you increase the speed I am finding it a little hard to remove the attachments, wish there was an easier way than just yanking it downwards.
