I finally found a Mixer! that has a low speed and graduating higher speeds ! This is important to me since the one l had wouldn’t go low enough for gentle mixing . I donated it after using it once, because it spued much of the contents of the bowl, It was so vigorous! So l looked on Wayfair and found this excellent mixer! It is perfect for me. I recommend it ☀️
