It came pretty much fully assembled, only had to put the legs on. I really like that the back cushions have a zipper mechanism that allows you to secure the cushions to the sofa so that kids and pets don’t run off with them! The sofa is a little firm but that could be good or bad based on your preferences... I’m sure it’ll wear in a little bit over time. Ultimately I think I made a great choice with this sofa and I would recommend to anyone!
