We're loving our new sofa. Everything almost perfect - great updates on shipping; arrived early; well coordinated delivery, & products were in excellent packaging. However, buyer be advised that incredibly the products came wrapped and fully assembled - oversized recliner backs typically aren't attached. Here's the problem - packaged & assembled products won't fit thru a standard 36" door and the delivery team wouldn't unwrap to remove backs so products could be placed inside my home since I only designated an "inside door" delivery. Also they don't want you to unwrap and remove backs to allow them to be placed inside because they fear being responsible for damage to upholstery. My advise is to pay for room delivery or be prepared to have your awesome new furniture set outside until you can find some extra muscle to help you disassemble and wrestle inside. Wayfair customer service seemed sympathetic to the situation and attempted to compensate for my displeasure and inconvenience. I only hope they elect to include package dimensions and friendly delivery advisements on large products in the future to help serve their customers.

Looked at this sofa at Lazy boy show room. Fell in love with it!!! Found it on Wayfair at a better price and free shipping. Came in a timely manner. Absolutely love this sofa, also bought matching loveseat!!! Great purchase!! Wayfair never disappoints!!!! Always great service!!

The sofa is just as beautiful as when we saw it in the lazy boy store. The delivery guys are awesome!
