I was SO nervous to order our couches online, but I couldn't find anything I liked at any of the stores we went to for a price we could afford. I ordered several swatches and landed on the Pebblestone Gray Upholstery. The couches came quickly, delivery was easy, and they are EXACTLY what I wanted. We are so excited with this purchase!
I am happy with the Jennifer Loveseat. I ordered the sofa too, both in the Curious Silver. I recommend anyone thinking of buying online, to order the fabric swatches to see what they look like in person, as they are different from the online colors, plus you get to feel the fabric that way. The sofa and loveseat are very firm to sit on, which is what I wanted since I have a bad back. I am 5'3" and it fits me perfectly with a pillow behind me; a taller person would need to sit without a pillow or the seat would be too short. The pieces around a week earlier than promised, and the delivery company called to sit up the day and time to deliver, then called again on that day with a more precise delivery time. The two delivery men were courteous, and brought the furniture into the living room, sitting the pieces exactly where I asked them to. The sofa and loveseat were fully wrapped in heavy plastic, then cardboard, then another sheet of plastic, making them completely covered and protected. I chose to remove the wrappings myself instead of paying the delivery men to do it, and it only took me a few minutes. There were several large sheets of cardboard to dispose of, but I recycle, so that was no problem. The furniture looks very well made, and as I just received it yesterday I can't say how it has held up yet, but right now, I am pleased with it.

When I purchased the loveseat I had two concerns: 1) would the color match the swatch and 2) would the material feel picky because it was linen. So when it arrived and we removed all the wrapping I was delighted to see the color I expected. It complimented our décor perfectly and the feel of the material was smooth. This loveseat looks professionally made, it is sturdy, and it will hold up well during it's busy life as it holds our many guests that come to visit our beach condo. for our many guests
