It arrived well packaged. Easy to put together. It's a little darker than the online photos. I lost my home in a wildfire, so this made it easy for me to order a new couch.
Couch is very firm and comfortable. Love it
This sectional was the perfect solution for our living room. I love the neutral color and the cushions are firm in a good way. If you don’t want a firm couch I wouldn’t recommend it but it’s perfect for me. The best part is that the sectional part can be on either side of the couch!
Nice sectional. Just had to screw on the 4 legs -- which I already knew were made of plastic. The cushion is firm but comfy. The color is slightly darker than shown (more brown tone than gray). The 4 accent pillows are nice and big. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.
Delivered and placed in a specific room, it is absolutely comfortable. Pushing it by hand felt stiff but once you had your shoes off and you laid into it, it felt great and nearly “hugged” you making it all that much more comfortable.
