I have a small kitchen dining area and the benches and corner chair are a perfect fit. I did not buy the table because I wanted to add a glass top table to keep an "open" feel to the room.

I bought this along with the corner piece and the slipper chair to make an "L" shaped bench around my round dining table. I love it. After a meal my partner and I will just lounge at the table and chat comfortably on the bench. We are quickly finding it to be one of our favorite little nooks in the house.
