It’s beautiful, very comfortable. It is HUGE for sure.
Took about five weeks to deliver. Ordered in Empire Shadow, which is a very soft fabric, but can get static-y and attract pet fur. It's a good size without looking imposing. I'm 5'4 and can sit on the chaise without my legs dangling off if I sit upright. I can also lay lengthwise on the couch with enough room for another person. The quality seems really good. The cushions are firm without being obnoxiously firm. There are springs in the couch base beneath the cushions and the backing behind the back cushions is padded, unlike cheaper couches. Overall, it's rather comfortable and stylish. It came with two little pillows, which I wasn't expecting.
Fits perfectly! Wish I went with a darker gray. Overall very happy with it.
Great sofa! The size is nice and large, and I love the modern style. I did have quite an experience with ordering my sofa - they had a quote specialist contact me and she ordered the chaise on the wrong side - so I had to wait an additional 3-4 weeks for the correct sofa. So, beware, to order the chaise on the opposite side. I got the Hermes Normandy color, which is a navy velvet. I was concerned that it would look more black, but it is very much a true navy and I am really pleased with the color. I also got a coordinating custom velvet ottoman by Wayfair in Tina Gulfstream and the two pair together well. As others have stated, the sofa does attract dog hair, but it is very easy to wipe off. I just use a lint roller and the lint attachment on my vacuum and it cleans off in less than 5 minutes. I do believe that the medium-firm description of the cushions is quite accurate. I was worried it would be like sitting on a rock (first time ordering a sofa without testing it in store), but it is very, very comfortable and the cushions hold their shape without having to be fluffed or repositioned constantly - so the sofa always looks really nice. Don't hesitate on this one - I am extremely pleased with the quality of the sofa and the modern look. My dogs seem to really love it too, ha! I just wish the ordering process had gone much better. To that effect - Wayfair does have excellent customer service, with the exception of the lady who placed my order and didn't follow-up personally to apologize, an extra trip home and 3-4 more weeks of waiting.
I love my new sectional! It is big and comfy and well made. I am finding my way to it everyday after work and I have never been a couch person. The delivery was perfect. Although it came with two pillows, I have added a few to really make the color pop. My fabric choice is Oxblood.
