Most duvet sets can be crazy expensive, so I was very happy to find this! I wanted something more plain that I could dress up with some different pillow shams, etc. and this was perfect for that. It's a basic, no frills duvet that is very soft and looks nice on our bed. I got the navy color and it is a nice dark blue that goes well with the other blues in our room. Honestly, the price was the best part about this! For what you get, you really can't beat it. Plus it makes it a lot easier to change them out if you want! You can literally buy three or four of these duvet sets in different colors for the same price as you could pay for one duvet set by Nautica or something. It also has a nice zipper closure to keep the comforter/filler inside. The only complaint is that it is a bright white zipper, which could possibly stick out depending on where it falls on your bed. Luckily we have a sleigh bed so it is completely concealed. Pros: Great price, soft feel, nice variety of colors Cons: White zipper on navy duvet - dark color would have been better to blend in with the color of the duvet
Could not say better things about this. I purchased in white - I have a black haired dog at home (not allowed on the bed) BUT hair does still get on bedding. This has been super easy to clean. I bleach it once a month and wash every two weeks and it has maintained its "as new" condition. SUPER SOFT!!! I get so many compliments on this bedding. When guests stay over they never want to leave the bed, it feels like you are snuggled up to a cloud.
The duvet cover fit perfectly. It is a brushed microfiber that is about the thickness of your sheets and very smooth and soft. It doesn't wrinkle like sheets do and my bed looks very crisp when it's made. Another bonus is the hidden zipper. The deep purple looks very elegant in our bedroom. A standard set of pillowcases cost more than this three piece set! Great buy!
I bought the Full/Queen in burgundy for a Gryffindor themed bed. Glad I got this one with the zipper because I don't have to deal with the comforter inside sliding out, OR buttons coming off in the wash. Color is perfect, looks like the picture. Very soft. We put iron on patches in the corners of the pillows. In the pics it has already been slept in. The sheets in the pics are the Prestige 1800 thread count brushed microfiber bed sheet set in yellow, full size.
Super soft and looks great with a down comforter insert! Love the zipper at the bottom and ties inside that hold the down comforter in place. Overall a great buy for the price!!
