What great surprise to find my first major internet purchase was exactly as described. It was delivered one week earlier than expected. It came "shrink wrapped" so it was showroom clean (actually probably much cleaner). The only thing I had to do was screw in the legs. Dollar for dollar I think the quality is fine and the frame seems strong enough.. It is very comfortable (I am short so like the shallower seat where my feet touch the floor when I sit all the way back.) Pros: Great overall value.
