Everything arrived well-packed and in new condition. The swing is very easy to assemble, even with just one person. Its also very easy to hang, but that part is easier with two people (but it is possible with one). I used a Dremel to remove a few chain links on each side (to adjust seat height). Most importantly, this thing is comfortable. The seat has a contour to it that I like. Nothing about this swing looks or feels cheap. I highly recommend it.
