After buying some VERY disappointing furniture online (NOT from Wayfair), I have been terrified of buying more furniture sight-unseen, but I read many, many reviews before buying this set, and almost all of them were accurate. I love this set, especially for the cost! It IS soft--I'm not sure why some reviewers said it isn't. Granted, if you buy a 2000$ sofa, you can probably expect it to be softer/squishier than this set, but for the money it's definitely squishy enough to keep you happy. It was easy to put together and seems pretty durable, considering my kids have been jumping all over it. My main issue was that delivery was SLOW, though it was in time with the predicted delivery dates, so I can't say I wasn't warned. Also, the pictures on my computer made the color "ash" appear dark-dark blue, but it is not: it's dark-dark gray, almost black. Yet, it complements my blue walls and rug, so I'm not displeased. Also, I agree with other reviewers that it's not great for pets: my cat hair sticks to it like a magnet...but, alas, cat hair sticks to everything! I'm sure my cats will start scratching it soon, but at least I won't be witnessing them do it to very expensive furniture. Overall, I'm quite pleased with this furniture, and I feel like I got a great deal.
The three boxes were delivered right to our living room. Assembly only took me about 30 minutes (by myself) and they don’t look like self assembly furniture. The couch will sit three people comfortably, two on the love seat and I love the big arm chair. Also, they are super comfy!!
Great set!! Couches were delivered earlier than expected, extremely easy to put together, and really comfortable!!
Pros: CHEAP!!! You get what you pay for. It is very comfortable and looks nice. Completely worth it. I'd buy it again. Cons: none yet.
The living room set came in boxes and was easy to move. Putting it together was easy except for the chair. The back on the chair took two of us to get it in line. Once it was all put together it looked nice and the material is soft. The sofa and couch both came with two pillows. The chair and couches sit nicely and are very comfortable. Wonderful product for the price.
