This dining set is awesome! It's all solid wood which is great and the construction was good. Assembly was easy and the only trouble I had was attaching the seat cushions to the chairs, but I used a small drill in the end which worked great.
I was a tad reluctant to order a dining set online, but we had been almost a year without one since our old table broke during our last move. This table is super sturdy and looks amazing in my apartment. The chairs are also amazingly sturdy and have held up to 3 crazy kids. My only complaint is the seats, it is such a light color that it's difficult to get any spills out. So I keep a towel on the kids' chairs to help prevent stains. It does state that you can't recover the cushions, but they are screwed in and not nailed in so with a little crafty savvy I know that I will be recovering them in the future! Over all a great purchase and I think it will last for years to come!
Very sturdy, plenty of room on the table without crowding. The store photo looks more gray when its a beautiful brown. Much happier with the brown. Very easy to assemble. The instructions were very clear. Only needed a second person to help flip the table to the right side. I would recommend this table to everyone
My husband and I just moved in to our very first home and this table has really been the bow on our new place. It looks amazing in our dinning space and gives us more than enough places to seat and entertain! Thank you, Wayfair for helping us put a finishing touch on our brand new home!
This is a SOLID and beautiful set! Like others have noted, it's much darker in color than the pictures suggest--it's more of an espresso tone--and it was delivered in perfect condition. I assembled all seven pieces in about 2 1/2 hours by myself (middle-aged woman). I would recommend investing in a power screwdriver and a hex-key set to fit it. It makes assembly of this and similar furniture a snap, and beats trying to use the dinky enclosed wrench to tighten everything. I'm very happy with this wonderful set, and I would buy it again in a heartbeat!
