I wanted a traditional light fixture but with an updated look for my dining room. This chandelier worked beautifully. The drum shade really made the difference... It is exactly as pictured, shade is 21.5" wide.

this light is beautiful, great transitional style, not too modern, not too traditional, So much prettier in person. I love how the light shade looks turned on, you can see the linen lines in it. Love love it! had my husband swag it so it would be in the perfect spot. only compaint is there must have been a missing D ring or something because he had a hard time tightening the chain and ceiling piece together but you can't tell unless you look up close. But definitely looks a lot more expensive than it is!!!

This chandelier is perfect! I bought it in the brushed nickel and hung it over a queen size bed in a guest room. I added a couple of glass crystals (bought on Amazon) to give it the contemporary-traditional look I was aiming for. Absolutely gorgeous!
